  Nothing but appalling customer service from day one. From very minor things such as not bringing the right key so we couldn’t actually view the apartment on the arranged day. A huge lack of communication and confusion when contacting me and my housemate to pay deposits and fees. Having to ask 3/4 times for any maintenance work to be carried out like it was an inconvenience to them. And to top it off when terminating the contract I left the property in a pristine condition....better than what I found it in, to then be lied to and told it needed cleaning. When I asked for someone to meet me at the apartment to show me what needed cleaning they wasn’t able to do this and said pictures would be sent to me to which they couldn’t provide me with because it wasn’t true.
  I was only renting the property, I cannot imagine how stressful it would be to have to use Linely and Simpson when buying a property!
